We have two ground floor fully DDA compliant bedrooms situated in the Lodge, designed specifically with accessibility in mind. Each bedroom has an adjacent car space which can be reserved for your arrival. Both rooms offer level access throughout and have large wet rooms.
Our low-level reception desk and friendly staff can assist you on check in. Please let us know if you are hard of hearing then we can supply Fire-safe vibration pillows for your room.

All our family rooms vary in sizes and can accommodate up to 2 adults and 4 children. When you book on B&B we include breakfast for everyone so there are no additional charges. We can supply travel cots and bedding and all our rooms have flat screen digital televisions which include children's channels.
Cloisters Restaurant and Bar is open from 6.00pm so you can enjoy a family dinner together after a busy day out in York. Our kids menu offers 3 courses for £7.50 so you can all have a leisurely dinner or if you give us a bit of notice we can arrange a baby sitter for £10 an hour.
We want all our guests to feel at home when they stay with us so we have introduced a fantastic family fun pack to go in the rooms which includes a free drinks voucher for the kids, activity sheet & menu, family card game and a selection of treats.

To ensure visiting pooches have as comfortable a stay as possible, we provide a number of luxury dog beds and are giving away "doggy bags" to the canine customers when they check in.
To save doing the dog packing we are providing quilted beds, dog bowls and of course bones on the pillow for sweet dreams. We have also put together a series of walks - long and short - so dogs can take their owners on walks around the city.
