Room dimensions & capacities

Our largest conference room the Monkgate Suite is situated on the ground floor offering level access from the car park and full disabled access both in the Suite and throughout the ground floor. The room leads to our beautiful secluded Courtyard garden - ideal for barbecues and network lunch options in the warmer months. The Monkgate Suite has a sound-proof screen so can be used for two separate meetings or for a meeting and syndicate option. The room is fitted with a sound induction loop, built in projector and large screen.

The Platinum Suite offers purpose built conference facilities adjacent to the main entrance of the hotel. Situated on the first floor the Platinum Suite has two integral syndicate rooms all offering natural daylight, 8-hour conference chairs, air-conditioning, modern beech furniture & variable lighting. Private cloakroom facilities are within the building.

The St Maurices Suite is situated away from the main body of the hotel offering your delegates additional peace and quiet. Positioned on the first floor the St Maurices Suite benefits from air-conditioning and natural daylight, it is the ideal choice for larger meetings. If you require a syndicate room then directly below are two rooms Christopher & Columbus perfect for up to 12 in each, both offer full disabled access and can be used independently for smaller meetings or as break out rooms .

The Cloisters Suite offers full disabled access as it is situated on the ground floor. Flooded with natural daylight the Cloisters Suite and integral syndicate room have the added advantage of an under cover outside area.
